Ann P. Mohr

Age: 87 of Philadelphia

(nee Porter) Passed away on February 14, 2020.

Ann Mohr was born in Columbus, Ohio and raised in Oak Park, Illinois. She married her beloved husband Richard Mohr, who predeceased her by 15 years. Ann and Richard were the cherished parents of Deborah Mohr (Ellie Grinols), Carolyn (Roger) Hennefeld and Chris (Robin) Mohr. Ann was the adoring grandmother to Rachel and Naomi Hennefeld and Henry and Silas Mohr.

She attended Lawrence University in Wisconsin and then the University of Pennsylvania, where she received her degree in occupational therapy.

Ann worked as an OT at Welkind Neurological Hospital in Chester, NJ and Somerset Medical Center in Somerville, NJ and helped many people at both facilities. She raised her family in Martinsville, NJ and then retired in Jackson, NJ. Ann later moved to Rochester, NY and then to Philadelphia, PA to be near her children.

In Lieu of flowers charitable donations in Ann’s name may be made to the American Lung Association .
