Barbara Lee Gallagher

Ms. Barbara Lee (Kile) Gallagher, age 75 of Quakertown, Pennsylvania passed away on Sunday, August 7, 2022 surrounded by her three loving children. After many years of medical issues, she was diagnosed in February with lung cancer that metastasized to her liver.

She was born on January 22, 1947 in Quakertown, Pennsylvania to the late Norman Kile and Edna (Hutt) Kile. Barbara enjoyed horseback riding, the beach, outings with her friends, watching shows, movies, great food and snacks. She loved her children and grandchildren dearly. She treasured her dogs Bella, Mattie and her favorite horse Primo.

 Barbara worked at Ametek/US Gauge for over twenty years. She will be remembered as a loving Mom and Grammy, and good friend to many. Barb was beautiful on the inside and out, and will be missed greatly.

Barbara is survived by three children, Kelley Gallagher-Winton and husband, Patrick of Quakertown, Pennsylvania, Ross Gallagher and wife, Maureen of Quakertown, Pennsylvania, and Susan Gallagher-Litt and husband, Jeff of Richmond, Virginia; seven grandchildren, Kelsey, Nicholas, Sarah, Kara, Colleen, Noah, and Ella; and her constant companion and beloved dog, Bella.

A celebration of life for Barbara Gallagher will be held on Sunday, August 14, 2022 from 11am - 2pm at the West End Pub in Quakertown. Family and friends who knew and loved Barbara are welcome to attend.
