Passed away surrounded by his family on November 10, 2019.
He is survived by his children Anthony and Jeana Parkinson, his brothers Jeff (Heather) and Greg (Angie) Parkinson and Ken (Brian) Flanagan, his sister Andrea (Kim) Flanagan, and his uncle Pete (May) Tamburini, as well as his many nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Attilio and Norma Tamburini, his stepson David Huffnagle, his mother Adele Parkinson, his aunt Marlene Tamburini, his cousin Jonathan Tamburini, and his brother Doug Flanagan.
Born in Philadelphia on October 15, 1972, all who knew him knew he had three loves in his life: His cars, being outdoors and above all else his children. A skilled mechanic, he was always working on one of his many cars. He owned all sorts of makes and models throughout the years but always said that the Chevette was the best car ever made. He was also an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed camping, hunting, and fishing. He particularly enjoyed spending time at his uncle’s cabin in Galeton, PA.
Bud’s family will be hosting a private memorial in the spring. Details will be communicated to those that are invited to attend.
