Catherine Jane Kinkaid

Catherine Jane Kinkaid (Nee Overholt) passed away peacefully in her sleep on December 20 2024, at the age of 89. Beloved wife of 64 years to the late John W. Kinkaid, Sr. A devoted mother to Linda Masgai (Paul), Janis LaMonica (Chal),John W. Kinkaid, Jr., JoAnn Musilli (Tony) and Sandra Bradley (John). Loving "Granny" to Stephanie Grasso (Mike), Katie McKenna (Drew), Salvatore LaMonica (Michael), Dan Masgai (Jess), Maria LaMonica, Shannon Bender (Edward), Julie Bradley and Kelly Bradley. She was also blessed with nine great-grandchildren Skyla LaMonica, Vita Grasso, Giorgio Grasso, Cassidy McKenna, Grace McKenna, Andrew McKenna, Mackenzie Masgai, Nicholas Masgai and Dylan Bender.

Catherine enjoyed listening to her music and always singing along! She looked forward to doing her "Daily Work" which included various types of puzzles from the Inquirer while the Game Show Network was playing in the background. Catherine was an avid reader and especially enjoyed Nora Roberts romance novels. Bingo scratch-offs kept her busy hoping for that big win, and she definitely had a sweet tooth and enjoyed her candy. She spent the last 16 years at Waters Edge Apartments, a place she loved and enjoyed sitting outside gazing at river. All these activities gave Catherine much pleasure but having her loving family close is what gave her life the most happiness! She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. We love her to the moon & back! Interment for Catherine was private.
