Charlene McCarthy

On September 11, 2023, Charlene McCarthy passed away unexpectedly at the age of 56. She is survived by her loving partner of 30 years, Thomas P. Midgett Jr, and lovingly remembered by her 5 children, Stephen McCarthy, Christopher McCarthy, Jessica Midgett, Marisa Midgett, and Alicia Midgett. Additionally, she leaves behind 7 cherished grandchildren, sister Carolyn Bright, and her mother, Patricia Moore.

Charlene was a beautiful, selfless, and free-spirited person who loved spending time at the beach. She looked forward to her annual beach vacations to North Wildwood, NJ every summer. She also took pride in her craftiness and was a “jack of all trades” who always went above and beyond. Charlene loved singing, dancing, and laughing, and always had a smile on her face. She was a truly unique and kind soul who had many interesting stories and lessons to share with those around her. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

As of now, services for Charlene are still to be determined. Her family is grateful for the condolences and support they have received during this difficult time.
