David Wayne Cook
David W. Cook 76 years old of Philadelphia passed away surrounded by his loving family on Saturday August 14th 2021. Beloved husband of Michele, loving father of David E., Michael (Denise), and Carolyn, as well as cherished grandfather of Abby, and brother of Donald and Jan. David will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved him.
Contributions in David’s memory may be made to Immanuel Lutheran Church, 14100 Worthington Rd, Philadelphia, PA 19116. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
