Deborah "Debbie" Schmidt

Debbie Schmidt went home to be with the Lord on February 10, 2026 at the age of 64, surrounded by her loving family.

Born in Roxborough, PA, Debbie was a 1979 graduate of Frankford High School, Philadelphia, PA.

Debbie enjoyed traveling, attending live dance and musical performances but above all, she treasured time spent with her family, who were the center of her world.

Predeceased by her parents Richard Beale, Kathryn Robertson, and her brother Richard Beale.

Debbie is survived by her husband David Schmidt of Langhorne, PA, sisters Theresa Balash of West Palm Beach, FL, and Doreen Beale of Pipersville, PA. Debbie is also survived by her children: Heather Yobb (Dan) of Reading, PA, Randy Porter (Carlos Rosales) of Alanta, GA, and Laura Martinez (Corey) of Philadelphia, PA, as well as her Grandchildren: Makel Martinez, Julia Yobb, Samiya Jackson, Hannah Yobb, Isaiah Jackson, Daniel Yobb, and Oliver Porter.

A private life celebration for Debbie will be held in March. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in loving memory of Debbie Beale Schmidt to Christ Home, a place close to her heart.
