Dianne Lynn Barron (Hendricks)Dianne Lynn Barron, of Philadelphia, passed away peacefully on Friday, October 2, 2026, surrounded by her family. She was 79.
Dianne was born at the Naval Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to the late James E. Hendricks and Anne E. Cox. She was predeceased by her siblings Greggory, Jimmy, and Mark Hendricks (Paige).
She was also predeceased by her husband of 21 years, Charles E. Bramble.
To know Dianne was to know someone who had a way of making everyone around her feel special. What made Dianne so special wasn’t always simply who she was, but the way she made sure everyone else felt important, loved, and cared for. She was a loving mother, grandmother, wife, neighbor, and best friend to so many.
Dianne found happiness in the simple pleasures of life. She loved making home-cooked meals for her family, filling her home with the warmth that came from gathering around the table. She loved shopping, always finding something beautiful or unique to bring home for others.
She was known for her unrelenting jokes—even when the jokes themselves weren’t always the best, her laughter somehow made them even better. Her sense of humor, infectious laugh, and ability to find joy in everyday moments will be deeply missed.
Above all, Dianne’s greatest gift was the love she gave so freely. She had a way of making ordinary moments memorable and making the people around her feel like they mattered. Her love, laughter, generosity, and unmistakable personality will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
Dianne was initiated into Corinthians Chapter No.13, Order of the Eastern Star on February 25th, 1981 and then transferred to Priscilla Chapter No.64, Order of the Eastern Star, in February of 2022.
Dianne leaves behind her husband Paul F. Barron, who stood faithfully by her side through life’s joys and challenges.
She is also survived by her daughters, Tammy Klenk and Lisa Hughes, and her husband, Joseph.
Dianne was a proud grandmother to Jessica and Jason Klenk, Katelyn Gulla, and John (Jack), Isabella, and Olivia Hughes. Being a mother and grandmother was one of the greatest joys of her life, and she cherished every moment spent with the people she loved.
Dianne was the oldest of six siblings. She is survived by her brother Ronald Hendricks (Dr. Kathleen Peditto) and sister Christine (Tina) Hendricks. Relatives and friends are invited to attend Dianne’s Celebration of Life on Saturday, October 17, at 1pm at the home of her daughter Lisa Hughes.
