Dixon Malikai Hostos

The world lost a bright and gentle soul on June 10, 2022 with the unexpected passing of Dixon Malikai Hostos, 16, a Philadelphia native born on July 4, 2005.   

The son of Dixon and Antonia Hostos and the loving brother to Luis Zayas Jr. and Ciara Hostos (Dane).  The youngest of 3 children, Malikai was kind, honest, social, hard-working and fun-loving. He valued good manners; had a smile along with a boisterous laugh and a unique appreciation for everyone he met. Entering his senior year of high school, Malikai enjoyed Japanese Anime and Manga, along with having a love of photography and music.  While his years were short, his family and friends will carry him in our hearts everywhere we go, and he will be missed dearly.
