Donald R. Heim

Donald R.L. Heim from Philadelphia, PA passed away on Saturday, November 16, 2024 at the age of 85 surrounded by his beloved family. Donald is survived by the love of his life, Barbara who shared with him an incredible 62 years of marriage, his three children Donald (Kathy), Marc (Lesley) and Jill, along with his five grandchildren, Thomas, Michael, Carley, Stevie Lynn, and Luke. He also leaves behind his siblings Bobby (Glorya), Denise (preceded in death by Ted), and Buddy (preceded in death by Bunny). 

Donald was a true Father Judge Crusader, he continued to be an active supporter and proud alumni of the class 1957 throughout his life. Donald was a proud Veteran of the U.S Army Reserves, as well as a Teamster for Local 107. Donald has held a lifelong passion for Philadelphia sports and was a devout member of the St. Katherine of Siena Parish. 

Donald’s wife, children and grandchildren will remember him as a dedicated husband and father and an extremely loving grandfather who never missed an opportunity to show his support and be present in times of need and accomplishment. 

Donald’s family invites relatives and friends to celebrate his life on Monday November 25, 2024 at St. Katherine of Siena Church located at 9700 Frankford Avenue, Philadelphia, Pa 19114. Visitation will begin at 9:30 followed by a mass at 11:00.
