Donald R. Redman “Don” passed away peacefully on Thanksgiving Day 2025, at age 86, in Yardley Pennsylvania. He is survived by his daughter, Kimberley Schettino, and his son, Sean Redman and ex-wife Genie Redman. Don was also blessed with five grandchildren, whom he cherished deeply. He was preceded in death by his parents, Sue and Roy Redman.

During the early part of his career, Don served as an executive for a chemical company, which afforded him the opportunity to work and live overseas. His professional journey led him to reside in countries such as South Africa, Holland, and Italy, and to visit numerous other nations around the world.

Upon returning to the United States, Don retired from corporate life and pursued several entrepreneurial ventures, including the establishment of a horse farm in Paris, Kentucky with his ex-wife Genie.

Don will be fondly remembered for his passion for horseback riding, particularly his involvement in foxhunting with the Camargo Hunt in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was also known for his appreciation for fine dining and traveling around the world. Above all, Don will be missed for his remarkable ability to enliven any gathering with his storytelling and convivial spirit.

In closing, Don leaves behind a legacy of adventure, generosity, and warmth. His unwavering dedication to family, his zest for life, and his gift for bringing joy to others will remain an enduring inspiration to all who had the privilege of knowing him.
