Edward Bratton

Edward Bratton, 65, born and raised in Philadelphia, passed away suddenly on Saturday, March 20th, 2021. Ed is survived by his wife, Anne Marie Bratton (Nee Donohoe), and his son, Timothy Bratton (Allison Raymond). He is also survived by his cousin Linda Bender, many beloved nieces, nephews, and extended family, as well as his lifelong friends Ron and Jo Schloesser.

Ed was a proud Navy veteran. He served as an electrical repairman on the USS SaratogaCV-60 aircraft carrier from 1971-1975. After being discharged, he took a position as a maintenance mechanic at Chestnut Hill Hospital, where he retired in 2014 after 35 years.

Ed will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

A celebration of Ed's life will be held at a later date due to COVID-19 restrictions.
