Elaine Ann Heist

Elaine Ann (nee Lowe) Heist 84 years old of Horsham, PA passed away peacefully in the comfort of her own home surrounded by her family on Sunday, January 23, 2022. Elaine is survived by her husband Francis (Bud), two loving children Debra Zander (Gary) and Mary Romano (John), and her beloved grandson William and his girlfriend Miranda.

Elaine was the daughter of the late Edward and Esther Lowe.
Elaine enjoyed spending many years at her beautiful summer home and boating on the Barnegat Bay.

A “Celebration of Life” will be held later this Spring.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to your local SPCA.
