Emmett J. Whalen

Emmett J. Whalen passed away suddenly on March 30, 2023. Emmett is predeceased by his father Robert, and brother Steven. He is survived by his mother Jane, sister Kathleen King (Danny), brothers Robert Jr. (Kelly) and Sean Patrick. Emmett is also survived by many beloved nieces and nephews. Emmett will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. 

Emmett enlisted in the Air Force after he graduated from Frankford High School and proudly served in the pentagon during his time in the service. He was a proud Veteran, and continued to work with Veterans throughout his career as a computer programmer. 

Please join the Whalen family on Wednesday April 5, 2023 at St. Katherine Siena Church, 9700 Frankford Ave. Philadelphia, PA. 19114. A memorial visitation for Emmett will be held from 9:30 - 10:30 am with his memorial mass beginning at 10:30 am.
