Passed away on August 9, 2020.

Francis was the adoring son of the late Mary (nee D'Antonio) and Benjamin Stango; devoted father of Pamela (Frank) Schmutz and Samantha (Josh) Merz; cherished grandfather of Jenna, Eric, Lola, Charlie, Cassidy & Harrison; adoring brother of Ralph Stango, Benjamin Stango, David (Kathy) Stango, Madaline (Jeannie Dorchak) Stango Robbins and dear friend of Phyllis Elliott.

Franny enjoyed watching the Philadelphia Phillies and spending time with his family at the beach.

Services for Franny will be held at a later date due to Covid restrictions. In Lieu of flowers charitable donations in Franny's name may be made to the American Heart Association or to the American Lung Association .
