Harry A. Connelly

Harry A. Connelly passed away on January 25, 2026. He was a devoted husband, brother to Peg, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and a cherished friend. He built a happy life, a loving family, lifelong friendships, and multiple home additions and furniture.

Harry is survived by his beloved wife of 65 years JoAnn, he was a dad to four loving children: David (Nelly), Mark (Bonnie), Christine (Walter), and Dann (Amy), as well as a Pooka to 10 adoring grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

Harry welcomed spending time together and then gently sending everyone home when he was done. Together for more than 72 years, Harry and JoAnn modeled the intention, affection, forgiveness, and flexibility it takes to sustain and nurture an epic and enduring love affair. A veteran, an executive retired from Philadelphia Gas Works, a volunteer for civic and charitable organizations, and an avid traveler and reader, Harry lived a long and full life. He will be truly missed by his family and friends.
