Jacob Neils Nelson, of St. Charles, Missouri, formerly of Glenn Ellyn, Illinois, died on Tuesday, January 24, 2017 at the age of 22 in Philadelphia, PA. He attended Glenbard South High School.
Beloved son of Mitchael Nelson and Deanna Nelson, loving dad of Savana Jessie. Loving brother of Tia Graham, Talia Nelson, Whitney Culp, Summer Politte. Treasured by nieces Kaylee,Audree, Madison, Kinsley, and Layten and nephews Shane, Bentley, and Brodey. Also survived by his Grandparents, Cousins, Aunts and Uncles.
Jacob was an outgoing man who definitely loved to make others laugh with his wonderful sense of humor. He had a vibrant spirit which will live on by all that knew him. He enjoyed watching sports and playing his Xbox.
He will be truly missed by all who knew him and considered him as their family member in the Chicago and Philadelphia area.
Private Memorials will be held with family and friends.
