James F. Smith, Jr.

James F. Smith, Jr., "Smitty" passed away October 27, 2021 at the age of 42. Son of the late James F. Smith, Sr. and Marily (Buhl). Born and raised in Philadelphia (Morrell Park).

Jim was a Union Laborer, Local 57. In his free time he enjoyed playing poker, fishing, golfing, watching movies and spending time with family and friends. He was a Philadelphia sports fan, and enjoyed watching and attending games.

He is survived by his sister, Kelly Egolf (Brian), the late Nicholas Smith, nephew Brian, nieces Makayla and Miley, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Please join us on Saturday, November 27, 2021 at 3:00 pm at Delaware Valley Cremation Center, 7350 State Road, Philadelphia, PA 19136 for a gathering celebrating Jim's life. The memorial tribute will begin at 4:00 pm, with refreshments and time to share our memories of Jim with family and friends until 6:45 pm.

Jimmy was one of the funniest friends to ever be around. I can't speak for everyone but Jimmy would drop anything to help me out. We will never see his light again! My prayers are with his family, I am so sorry for your loss
