Joan Marie, ( nee Gronczewski ) on December 23, 2018, age 75 years, of Conway, SC, formerly of Philadelphia, PA. Beloved wife of William P. Thompson III, loving mother of Suzanne (Eric) Ruth and William P. Thompson IV, dear grandmother of Allyson, Jordan, Liam and Ciara. She was predeceased by her parents; Edward and Clara (nee Sucharski ) Gronczewski and her brothers; Robert Gronczewski ( Jeannie ), Thomas Gronczewski ( Susan ) and Edward Gronczewski ( Jennifer ). Please join the Thompson family after 6 pm Friday, January 4th at Delaware Valley Cremation Center, 7350 State Road, Philadelphia, PA 19136 for a viewing and gathering of remembrance in honoring and celebrating Joan Marie’s life. The memorial tribute service will begin at 7:30 pm with time for refreshments and fellowship immediately afterwards, from 8 â€" 9:30 pm, where Joan Marie’s husband and family will be accessible to receive the loving comfort of your condolences, remembrances and support.
