Joan A. Pianka

Joan A. Pianka. (nee Misko) of Sewell, NJ. formerly of Philadelphia, PA. passed away peacefully on April 30, 2024. Joan was the beloved wife of the late Thomas A. Pianka; the loving mother of Michael (Maureen), and Carla Pianka (Peter); the dearest sister of the late Loretta L. Misko, Joan was also pre-deceased by her devoted parents Stella (nee Kujawa), and Stanley Misko. Along with her loving children, Joan is also survived by her cherished grandchildren Jeffery (Stephanie), Timothy, Matthew, Daniel, and Julia (Joey), as well as her Great Grandchild Theodore.

Joan was a proud member of the USMC, USMC League, and worked at the Naval Supply Depot for 21 years where she retired from.

Relatives and friends are invited to Joan's viewing on Monday May 6, 2024 from 10:00 to 11:00 am at St. John Cantius Catholic Church 4400 E. Thompson Street, Philadelphia, PA. 19137 followed by her funeral mass beginning at 11:00 am. Burial for Joan will follow at St. Valentine Polish National Catholic Cemetery, 875 Mill Road, Bensalem, PA. 19020.
