John F. Smith

John F. Smith, age 75, passed away peacefully on October 20, 2024. John was born on November 27, 1948, to John and Katherine Smith in Philadelphia, PA. John attended Saint Joseph’s University and spent his career working at Jacquin’s as a chemist. 

John was an avid Phillies fan, rarely missing a game and always supporting his team through every season. He also had a passion for cigars and beer and enjoyed unwinding with them in the company of his family, friends and dogs.

John is preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Smith and is survived by his two sons, Paul Smith and his wife, Jillian Smith, and Peter Smith and his wife, Amy Smith. He was the proud grandfather of four grandchildren: Olivia and Layla Smith, and Charley and Henry Smith, who brought immense joy and pride to his life.
