Joseph S. Otto, Sr.

Joseph, of Philadelphia, passed away on February 25th, 2017 at the age of 70. He was the loving husband of Carla (formerly Dicks, nee West.) The son of the late Edward and Lillian O’Brien. Father of Sharon, the late David, Joanne, Joseph, Sandra (Larry) & Stepfather of Robert Dicks, Dorothea Clevenger, Stephen Dicks and Denise (Sal) Dicks-Drag. Grandfather of 13 and Great-Grandfather of one and one on the way. Brother of Charles Otto and Sissy Parsons. Also survived by many nieces, nephews. Relatives and Friends are invited to Joseph’s visitation on Tuesday, February 28th at 6PM, located at Delaware Valley Cremation Center 7350 State Rd. Philadelphia, PA. 19136, where services will begin at 7:30PM.
