Justina "Tina" Louise Roonan

Justina "Tina" Louise Roonan, age 56, passed away on 3/29/2022 surrounded by her loving family and friends. Tina was a dedicated mother to Corinne and Ian Roonan, a loving sister to Lorana Slane (Joseph), Megan O’Donnell, and Kimmarie Cipolla, a caring aunt to Kyle and Taylor Slane, Lauren Sharkus, and Shamus and Patrick O’Donnell. She was predeceased by her parents, Joan and James Premaza. Tina was a loyal friend to many; she was the one you called when you needed someone to listen. She fiercely loved and dedicated her life to her children and ensured that through it all, they would succeed and live to be “happy, healthy, and productive” as she would always say. She loved to spend time crafting and creating. Tina aspired to be a doting grandparent and mother-in-law. Tina spent her professional life working for Philadelphia Gas Works. She started there as an intern when she was 18 and stayed there until she retired. She was taken from her friends and family too early, and she will be dearly missed by all that she encountered throughout her life on Earth.

Please join the Roonan family after 6:00 pm on Tuesday April 5^th, 2022, at Delaware Valley Cremation Center, 7350 State Road, Philadelphia, PA 19136 for a gathering of remembrance in honoring and celebrating Tina’s life. The memorial service will begin at 7:00 pm with time for refreshments and fellowship immediately afterwards, until 9:00 pm, where Tina’s family will be accessible to receive the loving comfort of your condolences, remembrances and support.
