Kathleen "Kathy" Worthington

Kathleen “Kathy” E. Worthington passed away surrounded by her beloved family on November 20, 2023 after a brave battle with a pulmonary disease.

Kathy’s wishes were not to have a funeral or viewing, but instead to have her ashes spread around her beautiful garden at her family’s convenience.

Kathy was predeceased by her parents Lawrence and Elizabeth Dillon, as well as her son John Pigott Worthington. Kathy is survived by her beloved husband Richard “Rich” Worthington, her daughter and step children, Maureen Stanley (Charles), Kevin Worthington (Gayle), and Kim Worthington (Fiancé, Ken Meister). She is also survived by her adored grandchildren, Emma, Ryan, Adi, Zara, Aiden, and Brooke, her cherished brothers David Dillon (Vicky), Wayne Dillon (Linda), and his two children Dillon and Jaclyn Strieffler, as well as her loving extended family Bill and Kate Pigott, and many beloved family and friends who will miss her greatly.

After Kathy’s passing Rich found a note she had left which brought him a great sense of peace, “As I make my final walk on my life’s journey, I do so without fear, I will not be walking alone”.
