Laura A. Farrand

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother and wife, Laura, who left us on Sunday, March 19, at the age of 74. She passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family. She is survived by her husband Hank, sons Michael and Steven, grandchildren Ava and Andrew, and four sisters.

Laura was a wonderful mother, wife, sister, and friend. She was born on 3/4/1949 in Philadelphia to Alfred and Elizabeth Doyle. She grew up in Havertown and went to Haverford High School. Laura loved weekends at the shore, traveling with Henry, and spending time with family.

Laura was a devoted wife to her husband Henry, and a loving mother to her children Michael and Steven. She was a loving grandmother to Ava and Andrew. She was the heart and soul of our family, always putting others' needs before hers. Her unwavering love, kindness, and generosity will never be forgotten.

Laura's passing is a great loss to all who knew her. She will be deeply missed but never forgotten. Her legacy will live on through her family, friends, and the countless lives she touched during her lifetime.

A private family service will be held to honor and celebrate Laura’s life. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the American Dementia Society in her memory.

Rest in peace, dear Laura. We will love you and miss you always.
