Lillian Campbell, 66, of Bensalem, Pennsylvania, passed away on April 2, 2026.
Lillian lived a life defined by love, strength, and unwavering dedication to others. As a Registered Nurse, she devoted 47 years to Fox Chase Cancer Center, beginning her journey as a candy striper and growing into a compassionate and trusted caregiver. Nursing was more than a career to her—it was who she was. She gave her patients comfort, dignity, and kindness, leaving a lasting impact on countless lives.
To her family, she was everything. She was a proud and devoted mother to Victoria (Tom), Dominic (Steph), and Alexis (Rodney), and nothing brought her more joy than being “Mom.” She carried that same love into being a grandmother to Eddie and Savannah, who were truly the light of her life. She celebrated every milestone, big or small, and made each moment feel special.
Lillian found happiness in the time she spent with the people she loved most. Whether it was trips to theme parks, days at the zoo, or simply being together, those moments meant everything to her. She loved getting lost in a good book, listening to country music, and cheering on the Philadelphia Phillies—especially her favorite player, Brandon Marsh. She also had a special love for Gritty, whose energy and spirit always made her smile.
She is also survived by her loving mother, Angela, and her siblings, Al (Terry), John, and Ed (Chris), along with many extended family members and friends who will miss her deeply.
Lillian will be remembered for her warmth, her strength, and the way she always put others before herself. She had a quiet resilience and a kind heart that made people feel safe, cared for, and loved. The memories she created and the love she gave so freely will stay with her family forever.
