Linda D. Bara

Linda D. Bara 82 years old of Huntingdon Valley, formerly of Philadelphia, passed away suddenly on Friday September 8, 2023. 

Daughter of the late Hazel Mix (Hemphill), and sister of the late Ernest Hemphill. Linda is the beloved mother of Larry French, Kim Bara, Debbie Bara, Lisa Bara, and David Bara (Katie). Grandmother to Holly French, the late Gary French, Louis, Anthony (Becca), Taylor, Gina (Pete), Mikey, Macy, D.J., Brandon, Michaela, Colin, Juliette, and, Ava Marie. Great Grandmother to the late Brianna French, Grace, Robbie, Layla, Luca, and Miley. Cousin of Mary Williams (Carl), and Jerri Wilimzig (Wayne).

Linda was an avid Philadelphia Phillies fan, never missing a game! She also loved Cape May, Franks water ice, and QVC!

She will be deeply missed by her friends and family.  

Linda's family is honoring her wishes of not having a funeral service. She would rather have people remember her in happier times.
