Lynette C. Long

Lynette C. Long (nee Horn) of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania passed away peacefully at her home on July 21st, 2024, after a courageous 2-year battle with cancer. She was 67. Lynette is survived by her loving husband of over 46 years, Adam, her daughter Carin Bochanski (Andrew) of Schwenksville, PA, and her son Jeffrey (Victoria) of Myrtle Beach, SC. Lynette was known as “Nana” to her 3 grandchildren, Caitlin, Jason and River, and she was a loving dog mom to Teddy.

Lynette was born and raised in the Bridesburg neighborhood of Philadelphia to her parents, the late Dorothy and Robert Horn. She was an active member of the community that she adored. During the summer, she could be found sitting on her front stoop with friends and neighbors. She never missed a Bridesburg Memorial Day Parade, and always gave out the BEST candy at Halloween.
