Margaret "Aunt Peg" M. Green
Peggy Green passed away on Friday April 12, 2024 surrounded by her loved ones at the age of 75.
Born in Philadelphia to the late Thomas and Rosemarie Dunn, she is survived by her loving sister Rosemary (John Hewitt), her nieces, nephews, as well as many great nieces, and nephews.
Peggy grew up in the Frankford section of Philadelphia and graduated from Little Flower Catholic High School for Girls. Upon graduation, she worked and retired from Cigna Health and Insurance Company after 34 years. Peggy was known to the Bridesburg community as "Aunt Peg". She was an avid sports fan and loved spending time with her family.
Please join the family on Sunday April 21, 2024 from 12:00 to 3:00 pm at Delaware Valley Cremation Center, 7350 State Road, Philadelphia, PA 19136 for a gathering of remembrance in honoring and celebrating Peggy's life. A service for her will begin at 1:00 pm with time for refreshments and fellowship afterwards, until 3:00 pm. Her family will be accessible to receive the loving comfort of your condolences, remembrances and support throughout the gathering.
