Mark W. Bruse, Sr.

It is with great sadness and heartache to announce the passing of Mark W. Bruse, Sr. at the age of 67.

He is survived by his loving wife Georgette of 45 years, Mother, Rosa Bruse, Son, Mark (Denise), Daughter, Melissa (Joe), Brothers, Kirk (Dolores), Craig (Patrice) and Sister, Denise (Debbie), Granddog (Mia) and several nieces and nephews. Proud Godfather to Shauna Richards, Ryan Wuest and Joseph Perlstein.

Preceded in death was his father, George Bruse Sr. and Brother, George Bruse Jr.

Mark lit up any room he entered and had a smile that was contagious. In his younger years he loved to take his kids and nieces and nephews camping, fishing or swimming.

He had a large friends group where they would spend time in the Pocono mountains fishing or throwing parties to play his large selection of 45's. He spent time hiking the Appalachian trail, white water rafting and traveling whenever possible.

After retirement, he enjoyed spending his Sundays at the flea markets and finding time in his garden or on the water.

Please join the Bruse family on Saturday, April 12, 2025, from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Delaware Valley Cremation Center, 7350 State Road, Philadelphia, PA 19136, for a gathering of remembrance in honoring and celebrating Mark's life. A service for Mark will begin at 4:00 pm, followed by time for refreshments and food, until 6:00pm. His family will be accessible to receive the loving comfort of your condolences, remembrance, and support throughout the evening.
