Matthew "Matt" Higgins

Matthew "Matt" Higgins 48 of Philadelphia, PA passed away on Sunday, January 4, 2026.

Matthew was the oldest child of the late Matthew Pat Higgins and brother of the late Luke Higgins, he is the son of Teresa Higgins. He is also survived by his three lovely daughters. His god daughter Matayah and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Matthew attended Father Judge HS, The Philadelphia Restaurant School and was currently enrolled in Aviation Institute of Maintenance.

Please join the Higgins family on Thursday January 15, 2026 from 6:00 to 9:00 pm at Delaware Valley Cremation Center, 7350 State Road, Philadelphia, PA 19136 for a gathering of remembrance in honoring and celebrating Matt's life. A service for him will begin at 7:00 pm, followed by time for refreshments and food. His family will be accessible to receive the loving comfort of your condolences, remembrance, and support throughout the evening.
