Michael J. Babiak

Michael J. Babiak, 77 years old of Philadelphia, PA passed away peacefully on Saturday morning, August 9, 2025, at Frankford Torresdale.

He is survived by his only daughter Jeanmarie A. Babiak and Eric X. Straiton, both of Bensalem, PA, along with his three sisters: Mary Epstein (NY) Agnes Bain (CA), and Francis Trolene (NJ).

Born on September 14th, 1947, he grew up in the Fishtown section of Philadelphia and graduated from North Catholic High School in 1966. He built a career as a truck driver for Fox Transportation Systems in South Philly.

In lieu of flowers or donations, please wear something blue in honor of Mike - a nod to his sparkling baby blues and his favorite color.

He left us with many happy memories. His playful spirt and kind heart will be deeply missed.

Interment for Michael will be private.
