Neil J. Mulhern, Jr., 81 years old passed away unexpectedly on November 24, 2024 surrounded by his beloved family. Son of the late Neil and June Mulhern. Husband of the late Ginny Mulhern. Beloved father of Colleen Ward (John). Loving grandfather of Shane Ward (Chelsea), Tyler Ward (Vanessa), Erin Holzshu (Justin), and Kelsey Ward (Steven Tran). Proud great-grandfather of Kylan, Jaxson, Quinn, Landon, Rhys, Oaklyn, Rowan, Keegan, Memphis, and Cillian. Dear nephew of Rita Maria Barbalace, and the late Daniel Mulhern, Peter James Casey, and Jack E. Casey. Neil will also be sadly missed by many cousins, their families, and many many friends.

Neil was a lifelong member of the Point-No-Point Republican Club. He was a Father Judge High School alumni class of 1961. He also served in the US Navy. He enjoyed watching sports, especially Notre Dame - Go Irish! Neil cherished being the Mayor of Gillingham Street, and will sadly be missed by many.

A gathering of remembrance in honoring and celebrating Neil’s life will be held at a later date. The family thanks you all for the loving comfort of your condolences, remembrances and support.
