Beloved son of Paula & Walt Diaczuk; Devoted father of Nicholas Jr. Loving brother of Denise (Michael) Trask, Kate Diaczuk & Walt Diaczuk Jr. Caring uncle to his nieces & nephews.

Nick will be sorely missed by so many, but we know he is pain free now & his struggle is over.

Please join the Diaczuk family after 6:00 pm Friday, September 6th at Delaware Valley Cremation Center 7350 State Road Philadelphia, PA 19136 for a gathering of remembrance in honoring and celebrating Nick’s life. The memorial tribute service will begin promptly at 7:00 with time for refreshments and fellowship immediately afterwards, from around 7:30 until 9:30 pm, where Nick’s family will be accessible to receive the loving comfort of your condolences, remembrances and support.
