Patrick Timothy Kozlowski

On July 28, 2024 Patrick Kozlowski, 76 years old passed away at home surrounded by his loving family. Pat is survived by his beloved wife Lynn (Nee Grandinetti), his loving children Dawn (John), Patty (Kathy), and Gina. He was the best Pop to Aubrey and Johnnie. Pat is also survived by his siblings MaryLou, Babe, and Chris. He will be missed by his sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Sue and Gary Franklin. “Uncle Pat” was loved by many nieces, nephews and cousins. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. Pat is pre-deceased by his parents, Luke and MaryEmma. 

Pat was born and raised in Port Richmond. He followed in his father’s footsteps and proudly served in the United States Army. Pat and Lynn met in middle school and were married for 55 years. Pat was the unofficial mayor of Thompson Street. He was always on the porch waving to everyone who passed by. He loved spending time in his pool with his family and friends. We are sure he is already up in heaven having a cold beer with his best friend Tucker. 

Please join the Kozlowski’s on Saturday, August 10, 2024 to celebrate Big Pat’s life. Family and friends are welcomed at the Delaware Valley Cremation Center, 7350 State Road, Philadelphia, PA 19136 for a gathering of remembrance in honoring and celebrating Pat’s life. Family sharing for him will begin at 4:00 pm with time for refreshments and fellowship afterwards, until 6:00 pm. Pat’s family will be accessible to receive the loving comfort of your condolences, remembrances and support throughout the evening.
