Richard Joseph Hull, Jr.

Richard J Hull (Ricky) aged 65 years old from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania peacefully returned to our Lord on May 25,2025. After a gallant but unsuccessful battle against pancreatic cancer. 

He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Helen nee Donnelly and their two adult children; Brittany Hayward ( Lawrence) and James W. Hull. He is also survived by his father-in-law, Edward J. Donnelly and his siblings; Mary, Taylor, Marcella and Edward, as well as his nieces and nephews; Ashley, Kelly, Bridget, Jason, Martin, Nickolas, Michael (pre-deceased Taylor) and great nieces and nephews. 

Ricky prided himself as a dedicated bus driver for Septa and most recently for New Jersey Transit Authority. He had a tremendous love for his family, church and country. Ricky was ordained as a pastor in 2014. He loved spreading the word of Jesus Christ. 

His Mass will be at 10:30am on Wednesday, June 4,2025 at Calvary Chapel, 13500 Philmont Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19116. The family will receive guests from 9:30 to 10:30am, prior to mass. His interment will follow mass at Resurrection Cemetery in Bensalem Pa. 

In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations to Fox Chase Cancer Center, Fox Chase Cancer Center
