Richard B. Plexico

Richard B. Plexico went home to heaven on June 15,2025. Beloved husband of Kelly A. Plexico {Povey}. Loving father of Ginna and Alexis. Survived by his father, Melton B. Plexico {Judith} and mother, Angela Plexico. Dearest brother of Joani Mehl {Mark}. He will be sadly missed by cousins and friends. And never forgotten by nieces and nephews including, Jennifer & Jason, Rebecca & Andrew, Michael & Megan. As well as great nieces and nephews; Tanner, Ashley, Alyson, Destiny, Mathias, Lilly, Iris, Ransom, Ezra and Tobias.

Rich was born and raised in Philadelphia, his great Bridesburg! He graduated from North Catholic High School in 1986. Rich was a loyal employee of Sapling Inc. for 22 years, as the Shipping Supervisor. He was a devoted sports fan to his Eagles, Flyers and Phillies, win or lose: Rich was faithful in following. And an absolute concert attendee, indoors and outdoors, near or far. Music was his joy.

Rich was best known for his intense love of family and his eagerness to lend a helping hand to anyone who needed it. He was a hard worker and an inspiration to those around him.

Relatives and family are invited to his Memorial on Friday, June 27, 2025. Visitation beginning at 5:30 pm through 7 pm and the funeral service to begin at 7 pm at Crossing Community Church, 80 Lower Silver Lake Road, Newtown, PA 18940.

In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations be made in Rich's name to: American Heart Association, (American Heart Association)  or  Light the Night Cancer Foundation, (Light the Night Cancer Foundation)
