She lived in Bensalem for 42 years where she raised her family of 7 children. She was a caring selfless mom. Her glowing face was always graced with a smile.
She enjoyed many things. She was in a sorority with her childhood friends for many years. She was in a bowling league for over 40 years where she had many devoted friends. She enjoyed trips to the casino, loved to do scratch off lottery tickets (and won a lot), bingo, reading, and murder mystery movies (Agatha Christie and Columbo). She enjoyed painting and did several charcoal drawings of movie stars from the 40’s and 50’s. Her specialty was portrait pictures. Her art work was displayed at several exhibits in the area (Art all Night in Trenton, NJ, Bucks County Visitors Center, and Bucks County Community College in Bristol, PA). She was always up for an adventure and had a million funny stories to tell. We always told her she should write a book. She annually enjoyed her summer vacations at her place in Troy, PA. The more family that came, the happier she was.
She will be deeply missed and remembered by those who love her. It saddens us that we cannot honor our mother in a way she deserves due to the pandemic. Her services will be held privately.
