Sophie F. Fecik

Sophie F. (Dombroskie) Fecik was called home to be with Our Lord on March 7, 2017. She was the beloved wife of George J. Fecik with whom she celebrated 67 years of marriage in February.
Born in Shamokin, PA, she was the daughter of Walter and Agnes (Olszewski) Dombroskie.
Sophie was a very caring wife and mother. She loved her family and was extremely proud of them. She was employed by the former Food Fair Company. She volunteered at Saint John Neumann Nursing Home for over 10 years, which was her home away from home. Her passions were baking and cooking and she was an avid reader.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her three children Theresa and her husband James, Michael and his wife Deborah and Stephen and his wife Rande; grandchildren Analiese and her husband Kevin, Jonathan and his wife Amber, Michael and his wife Angela, and Ian and his wife Heidi: and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by nine brothers and eight sisters.
We miss you Mom, but we know that it was time for you to be with Our Lord.
A Memorial Service and Mass will be held on Friday, March 17, 2017 at 10:30 A.M. at
