Stephen Matthew Fanelli

Stephen Fanelli, 39, of Philadelphia, passed away on March 5, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories. Though he faced challenges along the way, those who knew Stephen will always remember his kind heart, quick wit, quirky comments, and the way he could light up a room.

Born on May 27, 1985 in Philadelphia, PA, Stephen had a passion for music, cooking and art. He deeply loved playing the guitar and drawing. He was someone who embraced life’s joys, found humor in the everyday, and cared deeply for those around him.

Stephen is survived by his mother Michelle, his father David[Denise], his brother David (Becky), his sister Nicole (Joe) and his three nephews Joe, Dominic and Luke, as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins who will hold onto the beautiful moments and the love they shared. Though his time here was too short, the impact he made on those who loved him will last forever.

The family will gather privately to celebrate Stephen’s life and honor his memory.

Stephen will be deeply missed, but the love and laughter shared will never be forgotten.
