Thereza "Terri" Wepryk

Thereza was born in Sao Paulo Brazil and moved to the United States 1957.

She was preceded in death by her parents Onufry and Maria (Slywar) Wepryk, her brothers John and Walter, her sister Anna Newsham, her nephew Steve and great nephew Daniel.

She is survived by her brother George (Erin), her sister in laws Renee (The late Walter), and Maryann (The late John), brother in law Joseph (The late Anna), her nephews and nieces John Vincent, Matthew, Jason (Carla), Nicholas, Justine (The late Steve), Dan (Stacey), Jennifer (Brian), Megan Bridget, great nephews and nieces Steve (Brandi), Dominic, Dallas, Kyla, Jacob, Blake, Aidan, Noah, Chayanne, and Abigail.

Terri grew up in the Fairmount section of Philadelphia. She graduated from The Murrell Dobbins Career and Technical Education High School in 1972. After graduation she started a lifelong career in the Insurance Industry until she retired in 2022. Thereza enjoyed spending time with her family and loved taking pictures of all the gatherings. Her all-time favorite pastime was playing the poker machines at the casinos; Parks will miss her dearly.

Please join the Wepryk family on Friday August 22, 2025 from 6:00 to 9:00 pm at Delaware Valley Cremation Center, 7350 State Road, Philadelphia, PA 19136, for a gathering of remembrance in honoring and celebrating Terri's life. A service for her will begin at 7:00 pm, followed by time for refreshments and food, until 9:00pm. Terri's family will be accessible to receive the loving comfort of your condolences, remembrance, and support throughout the evening.

Interment for her will be private.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Thereza’s name to the Eagle’s Autism Foundation.
