Thomas Buonacuore

Age: 65 of Philadelphia

Passed away peacefully at his home on June 15, 2020.

Thomas was the devoted husband of Lecia (nee Kushnir); cherished father of Christopher (Iveta) Buonacuore, Heather (William) Rookstool and Troy Buonacuore; adoring grandfather of Anastasia, Brennan and Reese; loving brother of Patricia (Anthony) Patroni, Libby (Hugh, Jr.) Sweeney. He is predeceased by his brother Vincent Buonacuore.

Thomas was a long-time dedicated employee of the Budd Company. A larger-than-life character, he thoroughly enjoyed spending time with his family and grandchildren. He especially enjoyed planning and vacationing with his wife. His hobbies included rescuing injured animals, watching his favorite movies (Independence Day, Battleship) and giving everyone he loved a “hard time”. He will be deeply missed by friends, family and all who knew him.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date with information to follow.
