Virginia A. Neal
Virginia Neal, of Philadelphia, passed away on August 19, 2020 at the age of 87.
Loving wife of the late George Clinton Neal. Devoted mother of Clinton, James and the late Janet Neal.
Virginia is also survived by her six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Virginia was predeceased by one grandchild. Service will be held privately by the family.
