William C. Harris

William Harris passed away peacefully at his home on July 27, 2019. He was born October 3, 1954 to his loving mother Joan. He lived his life to the fullest and had a natural ability to make everyone around him smile. William was a very hard worker, retiring from Local 30 after 30 years.

Bill was a devoted loving father of 10 children Joan, Amber, Samantha, Joielyn, William, Laura, Michael, Dawn, Kelly and Robby. He is the loving brother of Bob, Eileen, and the late Steve.

William was the proud loving grandfather of sixteen grandchildren Amelia, Myla, Alyssa, Gianna, Harlee, Marsadie, Sophia, Finley, Amanda, Amira, Geovanni, Ali, Billy, Erik, Kyle, John and one great grandchild Elijah. He is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and many friends.

Please join the Harris family after 12:00 pm Sunday, August 4th at Delaware Valley Cremation Center 7350 State Road Philadelphia, PA 19136 for a gathering of remembrance in honoring and celebrating William’s life. The memorial tribute service will begin at 1:00 pm with time for refreshments and fellowship immediately afterwards, from around 1:30 until 3:30 pm, where William’s family will be accessible to receive the loving comfort of your condolences, remembrances and support.
