William "Mark" Smith

William “Mark” Smith, age 63, of Bridesburg, passed away peacefully surrounded by friends and family on December 29, 2022. Mark was the loving husband of Dawn (Gooden) Smith. He was born in Philadelphia on December 3, 1959 of the late John F. Smith, Jr. and Loretta (Reamer) Smith. Mark was a roofer for many years working for McKenna and Sons Roofing Co. local 30-B and Ranson Renovations before retiring.

Mark touched the soul of so many throughout the years with his unique humor and never failed to bring a smile or even a hearty laugh to all. He blessed us with his one-of-a-kind humor which stayed with him right to the end.

Mark will be dearly missed by his loving wife Dawn. He leaves behind two daughters: Stephanie Smith and Danielle Smith, and son, Mark Smith along with his granddaughter, Savannah.  He is also survived by his two sisters: Valerie Adair and her husband Jim of Levittown; and Vici Smith and wife Maureen (Gorman) of Philadelphia; his brother Francis Smith and wife Gerry (Greenley) of Cherry Hill NJ; and his sister-in-law, Regina Smith. He is predeceased by his brother John F. III. Mark also leaves behind many nieces and nephews.
