William T. Muldoon

Bill Muldoon, 74 years old of Tacony, Philadelphia, passed away surrounded by his beloved family on Monday April 19 th , 2021. Bill was born on May 22 nd , 1946.

Bill is now reunited in Heaven with his beloved grandson, William, his loving parents James and Dorothy (nee Briggs), his brothers John “Jack” and James, as well as his nephews Michael and Christopher.

Bill is survived by his devoted and loving wife of 50 years Rose (nee Gizinski), his cherished daughter Cheryl (Matt), his son William (Tracey) and his brother Bob (Regina). Bill was a loving “Pop Pop” to Corie, Abbie and Lily and proud uncle to John (Gwen), Patrick (Linda) and Terrance (Karly).

In life, after attending Northeast Catholic high school, Bill was proud to serve as a United States Marine who honorably fought for his country in Viet Nam. After his tour in Viet Nam he was employed for more than forty-five years by Glaxo Smith Kline (formerly Smith, Kline and French). He was well liked by his co-workers who fondly remember Bill as a good man who was funny, friendly, and who was always with a smile and an encouraging word.

Bill was a great man, a friend to many, and will be sadly missed by all. RIP Bill.

Bill’s memorial service will be private. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions made in Bill’s name to The National Shrine of Our Lady of Czestochowa in Doylestown, Pa. https://czestochowa.us/services/donations/ would be greatly appreciated.
